SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3D printing is one of the most widely used technologies for functional prototypes and custom industrial production runs. By laser-sintering powder you get strong, repeatable parts that are ready for real mechanical testing.

When SLS 3D printing makes sense

SLS is ideal when you need components with good mechanical strength, complex geometries without supports, and shorter lead times than traditional moulds. It is in high demand in automotive, electronics, medical devices and industrial design.

  • Functional prototypes to test under real conditions
  • Custom production runs in certified engineering materials
  • Components with cavities, grooves and thin walls
  • Elastic TPU parts for gaskets and inserts

Most requested materials

PA12 and engineering variants

PA12 remains the reference material for its balance of strength, finish and cost. For specific applications there are reinforced versions or grades with improved thermal properties.

TPU and flexible materials

With TPU we make elastic components, functional buttons and parts that must absorb vibration without breaking.

From CAD file to finished part

The typical workflow covers checking the STEP or STL file, choosing the material, setting the build orientation and finishing (bead blasting, dyeing, inserts). With the online quote tool you can upload your model and get an indicative price in a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

We mainly accept STEP, STP and STL. For complex projects we can check the file and suggest changes before production.

Yes, for small and medium industrial runs. For very high volumes we can assess together whether to move to dedicated production processes.

Yes: bead blasting, dyeing, painting and surface treatments are available as post-processing.
