From file to part.
In four steps.

  1. Quote and order

Upload your STEP or STL file, then choose technology, material and quantity.

  2. Technical check

A technician checks geometry, wall thicknesses and material before printing.

  3. Production and inspection

We print and finish the part in our own lab.

  4. Shipping

Standard or express delivery, straight to your premises.

Step 0 of 4

Three technologies.
One for every part.

File preparation, checks, printing and finishing all take place in our own lab.

SLS

Nylon powder

Strong parts, no supports, total geometric freedom.

Pezzo stampato in SLS

PA12 · TPU 90A

MSLA

Resin

Fine detail, smooth surfaces, transparent parts.

Pezzo stampato in MSLA

Standard · Tough · Flexible · Clear · Castable

FDM

Engineering filaments

Large parts, jigs and filled engineering polymers.

Pezzo stampato in FDM

PLA · PETG · ASA · PC · PA-CF · PA-GF and others

What you can do
with 3D printing.

Shapes and functions that cost too much, or simply can't be made, with moulds and traditional machining.

Y-shaped PA12 duct with internal channels and a hexagonal texture

SLS · MSLA

Internal channels and complex shapes

Ducts, cavities and enclosed geometries in a single part, with no mould or tooling constraints.

PA12 bracket with a hinge and fixing holes

SLS · FDM

Integrated hinges and snap-fits

Joints, clips and fits printed directly into the part.

Gear segment printed in PA12

SLS · FDM

Gears and moving parts

Gears, gear segments and mechanisms for moderate loads.

3D-printed elastic bellows

SLS · MSLA · FDM

Elastic parts

Bellows, pads, gaskets and buttons in flexible materials.

Component in clear resin

MSLA

Transparent parts

Covers and components in clear resin, to see flows and mechanisms at work.

Resin plate with raised lettering used in a tyre mould

MSLA · SLS

Lettering, logos and raised textures

Markings, text and decorative surfaces printed directly into the part, including on mould plates.

PA12 plate with a metal threaded insert and an engraved logo

SLS · FDM

Threaded metal inserts

Strong threads for screws that are fitted and removed many times.

FDM-printed production tool

FDM

Jigs and fixtures

Custom assembly and inspection tools for the production line.

SLS · MSLA · FDM

Spare parts and reverse engineering

From a broken part or its measurements to a printed spare — even a one-off.

MSLA

Casting patterns

Castable resin patterns for lost-wax casting.

FDM

Self-extinguishing parts

ABS FR V0 components for housings and applications that require it.

SLS · MSLA · FDM

Functional prototypes and small batches

From a prototype to assemble and test to multiple copies of the same part, with no tooling costs.

Professional machines.
Ready for your part.

Several printers for each technology in our lab: they run in parallel, with no middlemen between your file and the finished part.

Finishes

The part, finished.
Ready to assemble.

After printing, we finish every component. Uniform surface, colour that runs deep, metal threads: better looking and easier to assemble, with no handovers to other suppliers.

Don't have the 3D file yet?

We start from a drawing, measurements or the broken part and prepare a model designed for printing: correct wall thicknesses, tolerances and fits.

Not sure which material to use?

Describe how the part will work and the materials advisor will suggest suitable options. Or compare the technical datasheets yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Which files can I upload?

The online quote tool accepts STEP and STL files. If you only have a 2D drawing, measurements or the physical part, get in touch: we can prepare the 3D model for you.

Do you print single parts too?

Yes. 3D printing needs no moulds: we produce anything from a single part to a small batch.

How do I choose between SLS, MSLA and FDM?

It depends on what the part has to do. In short: SLS for strong functional parts, MSLA for fine detail and smooth surfaces, FDM for large parts and engineering materials. The materials advisor and our technician will help you decide.

Do you check the file before printing?

Yes, every order goes through a technical check of geometry, wall thicknesses and material before production.

Do you offer design services too?

Yes: from a drawing, measurements or the broken part we prepare a model designed for 3D printing, with correct tolerances and fits.
