With Rigid 10K resin we develop moulds and technical components with high dimensional stability. It is ideal when you need precision, stiffness and heat resistance in real production cycles.

Project goal

To make a reusable mould for vacuum and autoclave processes, keeping the geometry stable under thermal load and pressure.

Process

  • MSLA printing in Rigid 10K for maximum stiffness
  • UV post-curing and surface finishing
  • Insertion of plates in a vacuum bag
  • Autoclave test: 10 bar, 115–120 °C, 4–5 hours

Result

The mould keeps its geometry and function without deformation, with repeatable results and consistent control up to 120 °C and 10 bar.
